Our Doctors

Dr Chuene

Registered General Practitioner

Doctor Chuene obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery Degree (MBBCh) from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS). 

She is passionate about combating childhood malnutrition. She has worked extensively in emergency medicine at hospitals across the country. 

Dr Chuene speaks Afrikaans, English, Sepedi and isiZulu 

Dr Mimi

Registered General Practitioner

Doctor Mimi graduated with her MBChB in 2014 from the University of Limpopo and has experience as a general practitioner.

Dr. Mimi's special interests include upper and lower respiratory conditions and infectious diseases such as HIV and TB.

When she's not working, Dr. Mimi enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters.

Dr Nomcebo

Registered General Practitioner

Dr Nomcebo graduated as a professional nurse in 2006 from MEDUNSA. She later enrolled for MBChB and graduated in 2014 from the University of Limpopo.

She has worked in A&E, Internal Medicine, HIV Care and Community Health projects.

Nomcebo is family oriented and loves giving her time to career guidance and motivation. She is an avid fan of gymnastics, particularly aerobics.

Dr Schalk

Clinical Coach

Doctor Schalk obtained his MBChB degree from the University of Pretoria. 

He is passionate about creating opportunities for all people and restoring family values across all cultural groups. He has extensive experience in general medicine. His special interests are in rural medicine and providing medical care for people without access to adequate healthcare throughout the continent.

Dr Schalk speaks Afrikaans, English, basic French, Setswana and isiXhosa.

Dr Tsholofelo

Clinical Coach

Doctor Tsholofelo obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from the Medical University of Southern Africa (MEDUNSA). 

She has a deep passion for mental health and nutrition; specifically the critical role nutrition plays in the overall health and holistic wellbeing of patients. She is also currently learning SASL (SA Sign Language) to communicate better with patients who are not vocal and those who have hearing difficulties.

Dr Tsholofelo speaks English, Setswana, Sesotho, and Sepedi.

Our Clinical Associates

Clinical Associates, hold a Bachelor's in Clinical Medical Practice. This qualification allows for a broader scope of patient care than nurses.  


Clinical Associate

Atlegang obtained her Bachelor in Clinical Medical Practice from the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS). 

She is passionate about women’s health, marginalised communities, and providing efficient and high-quality healthcare. She has extensive clinical experience in general medicine, women’s health, gynaecology and obstetrics. 

Atlegang speaks English, Setswana and Sesotho


Clinical Associate

Malese obtained her  Science (Bsc.) and Clinical Medical Practice (BCMP) degree from the University of Pretoria and is currently pursuing her Honours in Psychology. 

She is passionate about  understanding the physical manifestations of mental illness and using that understanding to treat patients in a holistic way.  She has worked in both the rural and urban sectors in both Limpopo and Gauteng. 

Malese speaks Afrikaans, English, Sepedi, isiXhosa and isiZulu

Sr Diseko

Registered Nurse

Sister Diseko obtained her General Nursing qualification from the Netcare Training Academy.She is passionate about and specialises in adult and children’s primary healthcare.

She has extensive experience in primary healthcare, and is highly knowledgeable in and administering baby immunizations and COVID vaccines (she is registered with the Department of Health as an official COVID Vaccinator).

Diseko speaks English, Sesotho, Sepedi, Setswana, Tshivenda and Tsonga

Sr Pumeza

Clinical Coach

Sister Pumeza is a qualified professional nurse who holds a BCur Degree from Nelson Mandela University and a PGDip in Public Health from the University of Pretoria.

She is passionate about ensuring the availability and accessibility of healthcare for all, HIV, and women's health. She has extensive experience in primary healthcare, women’s health, and gynaecology & obstetrics.

Pumeza speaks English, isiXhosa, and isiZulu.

Sr Saneke

Registered Nurse

Sister Saneke holds a degree in Nursing Sciences from UNISA. She is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management at the Regenesys Business School.

She is passionate about and specialises in community health nursing (primary healthcare) and providing a safe and confidential space for patients and providing quality patient care. 

Saneke speaks English and Zimbabwean Ndebele

Sr Susan

Registered Nurse and Midwife

Sister Susan obtained her General Nursing and Midwifery qualifications from Johannesburg General Hospital.

She is passionate about helping her local community get primary healthcare. She has extensive experience in primary healthcare, palliative care, anaesthetic and recovery care and home-based nursing. 

Susan speaks Afrikaans and English

Registered Counsellor

Iyanda obtained her Honours degree in Applied Psychology  (B Psych Hons) from SA College of Applied Psychology.

She has a special interest in primary mental health, she is diversity-competent and gender-affirming.  She uses her extensive experience, enthusiasm and compassion to bring help and hope to anyone who needs it.

Iyanda speaks English, Sesotho, IsiXhosa and IsiZulu


Registered Counsellor

Kgomotso obtained her Bachelor of Arts Honors from UNISA, and is also a qualified wellness,  addiction and trauma counsellor. 

She is passionate about bringing healing and hope to those who are going through challenging and traumatic experiences. She is a member of the Board of Addiction Professionals in South Africa. She has worked at MEC Kalane Neuropsychological Centre, Velocity Wellness.

Registered Counsellor  

Kutlwano obtained her  Bachelor of Psychology (BPsych) from the Pearson Institute of Higher Education. 

She has a passion for youth and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. She has volunteered at the Tariro Centre, working with children with learning disabilities and ADHD.  Kutlwano also worked as an HIV counsellor in private practice and as a school counsellor. 

Kutlwano speaks English, Setswana, Sepedi and Sesotho 


Registered Counsellor 

Tshegofatso obtained her Bachelor of Psychology (BPsych) from the Pearson Institute of Higher Education. 

She is passionate about promoting mental health as a way to enhance happiness and well-being. Her specialist areas include emotional awareness, trauma and/or crisis management, self-development and ego strengthening, relationship issues, social adjustment, life skills, and stress and/or burnout. Tshegofatso has a subspecialty in providing counselling for the LGBTQI community.

Tshegofatso speaks English, Setswana,  Sesotho and Sipedi
